IIS5.0 + multi users = parse errors

Hello,

I am running IIS 5.0 and using MS SQL with PHP 4.1.2. The site works fine with just one user but when more than one person clicks on the same link, we get a boatload of parse errors. Any hints would be greatly appreciated!
