PHP and MySQL documentation

I appreciate this Question has probably been asked before but ill ask it anyway.
Anyone know any good online documentation on PHP and MySQl that clearly states whats going on from the start in detail rather than just writing It and assuming everyone knows whats going on. I'm getting to know PHP well but I want some really good PHP-MYSQL tutorial.
I'm so into his stuff and so if someone could point me in right direction it would be great

Google. There are a ton of tutorials online. Many of them are enough to get you over the hump, so to speak.
