www.server.com is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Hi there guys,

I have a problem when connecting to my mysql server from another server, running php. The error message I get is

www.phpserver.com is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

I guess there is something I have to configure in mysql, byt I cant figure out what to configure, and how to do it. Any idea, anyone?

Can I run a mysql query, or do I have to edit a config file to get it to work, and in that case, what config file?

Hello, Anders!

In database MySql there is a table hosts.
there you must insert a new record with
your host name, database name and access rights. And then your problem will be solved.
