I use it and it is great. I am too lazy to setup APACHE, PHP, MySQL myself (Cause I haven't read a decent article on how to). I find it is good. Although bits are in French it is great.

I have had some very minor bugs that did not seem to affect the functionality. I ran some of the answers on their FAQ through the translator at http://translator.dictionary.com/text.html and applied the fixes which seems to have alliviated the errors. All in all I have been happy with the application, even though many of the error reporting and stuff is in French and I haven't seen a way to change that.

As far as security, you need to button that up yourself through your Apache settings. I don't know if MySql has such settings, I closed that with my firewall (ZoneAlarm) You can see my experiences with security and the solutions offered in this thread:

If you want people to be able to access your site, then you will need to take a totally different approach to security than I did, of course.
