[Resolved] making a two column outset

I asked this before, but didn't get a response. I want to make 5 products in the left column, and 5 in the right. I know how to do this in html,
but with php, I'm confused. As it stands now, it seems the outset of my mysql table is default to where all 10 go down the left side of the page.
Any ideas?
