M$ SQL7/2000 Page DB SELECT results (no LIMIT function)

There are many examples here on how to page the results of a select using mySQL. Does anyone know a good way this can be accomplished with Microsoft SQL ? They don't have anything as handy as LIMIT that I am aware of.
