ok, that is my problem

on my site people are registered, after their registration they receive on their mail commit link like this

http://www.prolined.signe.lv/index.php3?apage=9&commitfor=333e51734740dcdb7d27328761ba3b954a

each registered client in its mailbox must click on this link,

but if client e-mail box = www.e-apollo.lv ( free emailbox serviss) and he registered on my site, he receive link that looks so

http://www.prolined.signe.lv/index.php3?apage=9 ; commitfor=333e51734740dcdb7d27328761ba3b954a

if you have noticed in this link all chars '&' are renamed to ';'
what i must to do, i always use that way for sending a commit link to clients but now what ????
