header for XHTML and PHP

Hi,
I am trying to write a small program in php with XHTML for mobile application. Can someone help me with the exact header that needs to be placed at the top.

The header seems to be:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<!DOCTYPE wml PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD XHTML Mobile 1.0//EN"
"http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10.dtd">

I'd check out the W3C and http://www.wapforum.org for further info.
