Hi there,
I'm looking to install a PHP module, so I can give
people browsing my site the choice of viewing some documents in PDF format.

I've Installed PDFlib, but everything I generate with it has the www.pdflib.com watermark all over it.

'fair enough, they wrote the code and all. but I thought pdflib was supposed to be free for non-commercial use?

the site for clibPDF was down when I looked, but I've heard they charge $1000 per CPU!!

Is there no pdf libary with GNU-style licensing?

thanks for any info...

Matt

You can use PDFLib without that silly stamp, but you will have to compile it your self! The source-code version of PDFLib is without that 'stamp'!!!

    P.S.
By the way, you can't compile only PDFLib you'll have to compile it togheter with a the source-code of your PHP-Version! it's not very easy!

      thanks for your help,
