Please help. Mail() problem

I can't find the solution. Please help.

i keep getting "failed to connect" error messages.

The script (shown below) works on my local testing server:

Apache server on a win2k pro machine.

But it doesn't work on the server

IIS on a windows (NT?) or 2K Server

What can i do? what can be the problem? im going insane!

Please post your code so we can see what exactly is happening, also supply the error message (line number of the error).

Do you have installed a mail server on your machine?
