not so long ago i tried to make video-online, i haved file on my server and clients can watching me trough my site , but now i want to know hot to make this with mp3.file

then the server needs streaming software of some kind...if you are just looking to include a small sound loop in the web page then you can use the embed/object command to include some kind of audio player in the web to play your music
you might also want to check with your host to see if they allow that kind of load on the server
