compiling PHP4 from source on Windows

Hello,

I am trying to compile PHP4 from source so that I can ensure that the --with-mysql and --enable-track-vars flags are enabled.

Unfortunately, I haven't the faintest idea how I supposed to go about doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I have never source-compiled anything on windows, but with all Unix/Linux product distributions come an INSTALL text file with a detailed install manual, as well as a Quick Install (3 lines) for the impatient. I would expect an INSTALL file for windows as well.
