Drop down menu Coding Help

i was wondering what is the proper code to do something like this in a Frameset:

i have a drop down menu in Frame A and would like to have all the options to load in an iframe that is inside Frame B.

does anyone know how to do this?

Do you have a question about iFrames, or drop-down menus?

Once you get the hang of iFrames, this just comes down to drop-down menus and their implementation. You can implement a multi-level menu as

a) javascript (not too extensable, may not work on browsers)
b) server-side code example here:

i know how to use iframes and what not as well as the drop down menu. i can have things load in the iframe from the drop down menu if its in the same frame of a Frameset, but i just dont know how to load the same options into an iframe that is in a different frame than the drop down menu.
