Simple Coding Question about Pages

I want to make an NBA fan page and I want to have a page with the weekly schedules.

For each week's schedule I want a separate HTML table, and I want only one week to display at a time.

I want a format that has a listing of the weeks at the top of the page "1 2 3 4 5 6, etc" and the page will have "Previous Week" and "Next Week" navigational buttons, and in the first week, the "Previous Week" button will not display, and in the last week the "Next Week" button will not display. I also want the pages to be in a php?week=x format. How would I go about doing this, especially with the "Previous" and "Next" buttons? Please help, thanks and have a good day!

Not a simple coding question...

OK... First thing design the page in HTML and then figure out where the schedule data is coming from... DATABASE or TEXT file.

If it's a database I would need to know the structure of the tables to help with the SQL Query which would help with the netx/prev page links.

The schedule is all going to be in static HTML. Im not adding results after the games happen or anything.
