Hi ya!! I have no experience in PHP what so ever... except for the PHPBB forum I have. Now, I would like to create a links page in my site where a person can submit their own link, and then it would appear in the link page. But that I would have some sort of control or rather admin page for it. If you cannot provide that control I'd appreaciate the small form. Thanks for your time. and worry not I will learn on the information that hopefully will be provided!! Thank you!

Heres a script that i found and am currently using. It has everything you asked for and is very easy to set up. It is attached as a ZIP file.
