Not exactly php... how do I serve with apache

My ISP does not have php or mysql installed for the user space. I have apache 2.0, php 4.something, and mysql 3.something installed on my home. I want to start serving my personal webpage from my home computer. Right now, apache serves when I do localhost/file.php but it won't serve another person doing myip/file.php

How do I configure apache to serve remotely?

here's a question, what should I put for this:

ServerName gives the name and port that the server uses to identify itself.

This can often be determined automatically, but we recommend you specify

it explicitly to prevent problems during startup.

If this is not set to valid DNS name for your host, server-generated

redirections will not work. See also the UseCanonicalName directive.

If your host doesn't have a registered DNS name, enter its IP address here.

You will have to access it by its address anyway, and this will make

redirections work in a sensible way.

Should I put my IP address? My ISP's DNS? Right now I have one of my ISP's DNSes put in there. Its an IP, not a name. How should people be accessing me? My ip? or is there something else I need to know?

you should put a name for the ServerName, according to the servername what your isp has
