i hope i havent asked this one before... so: i need project management software with such options:
- web enabled; users can access it over the web
- has more levels; project manager, programmers, designers,...
- i can assign tasks to people, everyone can assign/delete his own tasks
- must have system messages like "task a has been assigned to person b" and "person b completed task a"...
- has graphs, progress info, timelines, warnings
- has discussion, messages user2user
so far i found:
- i teamwork.com; very nice, not exactly perfect
- groove.net; can be used for certain things, i am afraid it dont have good project manager
- MS Project; people say its good, i dont know it. and probably not web enabled and doesnt run on linux.
what do you use in your company? can i get some screenshots of "keeping track of project", "assigning tasks", etc. if i am not asking too much...
