Page to Page to Page (need for reviews)

Hey all, Im part of an up-and-coming hosting/gaming network (ill post the URL's when its up)🆒 but anyway, i usually write my own code and very little do i ask for help, but for some reason i just cant get this to work right.

Im trying to write some script for a REVIEWS section. Basicly i want it to do the following:

WRITE REVIEW (section where i can write reviews)
VIEW REVIEW (Where i can INSTANTLY see my review)
LINK TO REVIEW (and a 3rd page for a link to my review)

it only has to write the review per-page, and im trying to make it where i can name the page/part of the review. And the LINK TO REVIEW, needs to auto-add a link to the review, with the TITLE of each review. and it needs to move down each time there is a new review and NOT DELETED.

anyone think they can help ? im lost here, i have tried and i cant seem to get mine to work. If someone can figure this out, I WILL HOST WHOEVER YOU ARE FOR FREE, WITH MY PAID SERVICES. which include:
asp
php
cgi/perl
5 mysql's
free subdomain
40 megs of space.

well you create a database with a table for reviews.

then you make a submit module where you can add a title, date and text

after you hit submit you add a function that checks the database for the latest entry.

be more accurate about the link? you want that the link is directly displayed?

Hmm, Ok i get ya, but i have no exp with SQl, (im assuming that is what you meant by database) . but ill see what i can come up wth, if you got some more tips, feel free to post
