Folks, Upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 (globals never seemed to work properly in 4.2.2 even after following instructions to the letter)
Sadly, now get above error when I call a php page. Env. in win XP and IIS5. Isapiphp4.dll is set up in IISAdmin etc...
Help appreciated.
