dynamic text field

heres a beauty,

i have 4 textfields and the 4th one is dependent on waht the values of teh first three are. its not an addin function i'm after. if one of teh first three textfields has a value in it then the 4th one should have one. if the first two textfields both have a value in them then the 4th should say two adn so on. they re all on the same page and need to be done without the use of the refresh button
