Hi,

I have a task to create a script for calculating betting returns. The script must perform exactly the same functions as this one: https://www.bluesq.com/static_bsq/returnscalculator/returns_calculator.html

I have the formulas for calulating the different returns. Does anyone know how I would go about creating this in PHP?

put your javascript's codes here, so that we dont have to rewrite the script again

Are you intending to make user of the browsercheck.js script that is on the site as well ?

I just need the form and the functions to calculate the different type of betting returns. I dont need the browser check function.

This is the same as you put in here earlier - except that it all works on IE (no browser check functionality) and works in PHP as well. You will need to customise it though to your own needs.

That wasnt exactly what I need to do though. I need to convert the javascript into a PHP script that does the equivalent. The Javascript is already used on another site so I cant copy it.

Well, now you have a working copy and you know what your "ideal" answer would be, just a case of dissecting and remaking in PHP bit by bit...
If you know how to make the bets workin your head, then working out the maths is easier (not a betting person so can't help you there!) but bit by bit is the way to go... Just post specific problems and people will help.
