Accessing DBF FILES with PHP

HI,

I'm working in a company which is working with an aplication developed in CLIPPER, and it uses DBF files with NTX indexes. I want to make an aplication interface that can insert, and modify the dbf files from a web page. I don't know if i can do it with PHP. There's no much information on dbf support, and i don't know if that module will work with NTX indexes.

Please, if anybody could tell me if i have chance to do that project with php, i will be very grateful

I don't know about accessing the dbf files directly (would have expected it to be ok using an odbc driver) but you can get into an access database and an access database can have read/write links to dbf files.

I haven't done it from php but I've used this approach before and it's ok.
