Friendlu URLs

Hi all:

Can you tell me how to change my dynamically generated URLs into friendly ones?

I've seen it done, but don't know how...

Example:

Turn;
www.mysite.com/products.php?ProductID=12

into something like;

www.mysite.com/products.php/ProductID/12

I'm running PHP4/mysql3/apache1.3
