Need PHP Info + Help

Ok, first of all, I am the biggest newb that you will ever meet.

Here are my questions:

1.) Is there a program that you can use to aid in the creating of a PHP based website, like Dreamweaver for HTML?

2.) What is a good hosting service that supports PHP?

3.) I would like to lean how to make a basic, good looking layout in PHP first, then learn more complicated things later.

4.) CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS?

Here are some helpful tips:

1) You can use Dreamweaver to create PHP-based webpages, I would suggest Dreamweaver 4 Ultra-Dev or Dreamweaver MX. It has syntax highlighting, Also you may want to look at http://www.phpedit.net/
Or even try a google search for "php editor"

2) I am currently with JDC Designs they have a few different pages you can look at to view installed php mods and perl mods:

3) As for any beginner, the best thing to do is get a book and start reading. I think you should also take time to read some of the articles posted on this website. Also start creating small projects. Here is a site that is not nearly as comprehensive as phpbuilder.com, but it has a few beginner tutorials:
