php upload timed out

Hi,

I've set up a file upload script, and the files that are transfered are usually big in size (1 / 2 / 3 Mb).

The problem i have is that after 30 sec the server stops the uploads and many people can not upload 2Mo in 30 sec.

I think this must come from a server variable, but is there a way to specify the script that the performed action will take more time than the server timed out delay ?

I've found the solution, for those who may be interested in in the future.

Just need to add

set_time_limit (0) ;

at the beginning of the script.

0 sets no time limit, otherwise enter the number of seconds you want
