php_gd.dll Version 2.0.1 for Windows?

Hello everyone,

I search the net and this forum for getting answer but don't find it. Did anybody know if there is a compiled php_gd.dll Libary with GD Version 2.0.1 for a win32 maschine?
My problem is, that i want to use the imageresample feature of php, but this is only supportet with the 2.0.1 version of GD and I don't know how to compile it for win32.
