hi everyone. i'm planning a project that involves user registration and categories then matching this user up with a random person in their category... multiple categories needed so that the chance of being matched up with alot of people is possible. i'd also like email validation and ratings for this.
the concept is, a user registers, completes their profile and they are matched up with someone at random who has at least one interest in common. in return the user would get their address and interest for the projects purpose. sort of like the secret santa thing.
is there a script out there that can do this or am i daydreaming? i'm thinking maybe a personal ad system would work.
