Can you use PHP to login to another website and do POST to a script? And all of this safely and securely on a multiple user server?
I dont see any problem if your <form> will POST to any website.
Yes, it's easy and a common task. See the docs for fsockopen() and also the CURL module, both of which allow you to fire off a post to a remote server and read what it sends you back.
