php files cached

Hello.

I am having a problem with php files being cached with internet explorer 6 when I enable my browser to user a proxy server. The proxy settings used are for HTTP at port 8080. If i disable the proxy settings the php files are not cached.

I have tried all of the header functions. And the pages are still being cached. If I view the temporary files I can see the php file that was executed.
