Insert test from webpage into my site

I have a link that generates a reply with online data. I need to insert this data into a form on my web page. Can anyone give some ideas on how to do this. I just started doing web design and the people that host the data site is not very helpfull. Please see the link and the response I get.

what does the link do? how is the data generated? use a db?

This is live data that comes from a Stock exchange. How they get the data out to me I do not really know. I only need to display this data on my site. I need to add the first three and the last three variables to my site. This must also be updated as soon as the page is opened or refreshed.

How to do this Hmmm. Hope someone can assist.
