Read Cookie set by ASP Script

Is it possible to read a cookie that a asp page made?

humm, I have a asp page that creats a cookie with 6 varibles. Asp formats the cookie diffrent from how php formats it

lets say I want to get Qute and echo it out, do I need to do somthing like this

that should echo out 'on' I would think...But it doesnt...
