can't get PHP apps to email on NT server using IIS

Hi,

I have PHP 4.2 installed on NT 4.0 server running IIS 1 with service pacs.

I have SMTP running on this server, but even though I've updated my php.ini to read

SMTP = localhost

I still can't mail from PHP apps.

I've tried using my isp smtp address as well to no avail.

I need to resolve this ASAP!
