MS exchange & mail function

I use ISS and PHP 4.2 . I send mail for internal user for example
mail( "[e-mail]", "test", "test", "header" );
But I tried to send an e-mail to other company or other domain I got an error message
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=TEI;l=PRIORIS0209271412TCPTQKA8
MSEXCH:IMS:TEI:MIS😛RIORIS 0 (000C05A6) Unknown Recipient

I solved my problem using the following link. My problem was excahnge SMTP conf.
