From ColdFusion to PHP

I'm considering converting all my apps from ColdFusion/MSSQL to PHP/MySQL to get better hosting rates. I've done some digging, but can't find too much information on how to convert from CF to PHP. None of my sites that I'll convert use CFHTTP (which is the only thing I've found that references anything about the topic), so I'd like to blunder on.

Anyone have any helps/hints/warnings/drugs that'll make this conversion go reasonably well?

Start by learning php.

Assuming you are pretty good with SQL in general, switching from MSSQL to MySQL will be easy.

Get lots of caffine and happy coding.
