Error "Failed to Receive in ..." during mail() HELP?

Can anyone tell me what this error means / how to fix it? Or where the problem could be?

Failed to Receive in c:\apache\htdocs\modules\Your_Account\index.php on line 575

That line is a mail() call.

By the way, this is PHP 4.2.3, Apache 1.3 (latest) and PHP Nuke 6.0

That was the line by the way. And yes all the vars have content.

I think it means your server is not set up properly to send mail. The documentation talks a little bit about setting up your server, especially the user contributed documentation (comments)

Checked that even before posting here, theres nothing I didnt know ;-/
