Ok - I think what you want to do (after reading your [sarcasm]so helpful[/sarcasm] description) is to spoof yourself to a server.
As far as I can tell - the referer would not be the header you want to set. This just tells the server the last page you came from. Instead you may want to set the "Host" header when sending the request.
ie.
Get / HTTP/1.0
Host: blahblah.com
I don't know if this will work, and I don't have time to try it - so go ahead and let me know what happens. IMHO - I don't know why you would want to do this and the only reason I can think of is to in fact hack apart someone elses content without their prior permission (otherwise why would you have to even attempt this).
