Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - NO! Go try and do it yourself, this is a programming help forum, not to give you solutions to a complete system. I'm sure most of us have got somet better to be doing (even if it is only drinking cola and watchin tv ) Go search Google for forums, php etc and I'm sure you'll find something to suit your needs.
