Attachments

First off, YES I KNOW HOW TO SEND ATTACHMENTS!!!

What I am asking is a concept on how to store them while they are composing the email...

I currently have my attachments set up so that it uploads the file to the server, with a different name of course, and then when they send the file it deletes it.

While it works just fine and dandy, they could easily upload attachments and just close out of the window, or change pages, and they are left on the server until the next time they send attachments (it would overwrite them)... I have been thinking of having an array passed over the two pages that contained the data and filename within it, but I'm not sure if there are better or easier ways to do this.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and if using arrays is the best, what would be a good way of sending it across to another page?

I'm thinking of registering the variable in the session, but if there are better/easier ways of doing this, then please tell me those too...

NOTE: I am not going to set up a hidden input type on a form to submit, because attachments can be huge and that would be like sending the attachments 4 or 5 times, depending on the amount of attachments...
