Mmm... from the mysql docs, it seem like INSERT DELAY is like enhancing mode of handling INSERT statement to be more reliable and queue up the INSERT process when the table is occupied for other activities.
So, is it enough for Oracle that just using INSERT? Please advice as still new to Oracle.
