Access control with different users (phpMyAdmin)

Hi -

I have tried to use phpMyAdmin to control access to different databases respective of what users log in to the system. However I can't seem to make it work the way I want.

I'd like to have one user for myself that can access and alter all databases, while the other users can just access their own databases. I have looked through the documentation, but not managed to figure this out.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

I tried posting this at phpwizard.net, but I got an error two days running, so now I decided to try here. Hopefully someone can help.

and you can do by going to the users table for admin...

php programming by wrox actually has a good discription of how to do this trhough the command line in mysql
