Print a frame..

Here is my problem..i have a page containing 2 frames..
one is the menu on the left and the other is the page i want to print..
Can someone tell me if he knows how to print only th page on the right.;thus having its content centered..

I guess therez nothing to do with PHP.make an hyperlink on the contents of your left frame to what you want to display on the right side.
