Print a frame..

Print a frame..
Here is my problem..i have a page containing 2 frames..
one is the menu on the left and the other is the page i want to print..
Can someone tell me if he knows how to print only th page on the right.;thus having its content centered..

I assume you are talking about printing the frame to a printer, if this is the case then you should check the option in your browser. Click File then Print - you should have option to select active frame or all frames (in IE anyway, but other browsers will have it somewhere).
