I've seen many posts on many forums regarding problems with installing PHP4 for MS Personal Web Server but none have so far helped me, hoefully some one can!
I have installed PWS and PHP4 on my Windows 95 PC. I can get PWS to run ASP scripts no problem, and PHP to run PHP scripts from the command line also no problem. However, I just can't seem to set it up to run PHP from the browser. I have added the .php entry to the Script Map registry key.
When I try to open a PHP script in my browser (IE5) it tries to load a page for ages and then comes back with a "Page cannot be displayed" page.
It's really bugging me now as I've tried loads of different things. Anyone who can help can have a great big THANKS from me!!!
