PEAR, Oracle, BLOB & CLOB (LOB)

I'm having problem in inserting LOB using PEAR DB. I'm not sure if PEAR DB oci class supported LOB or bugs in oci8.php. I can use PHP OCI function (it works) but all my code is using PEAR DB. Anyone ...please help me...
