This is what I wanna do..

I'm gonna have a table on the index page including pages(it will be the news) and, I want to make a form that will make a new page, with the info that was filled out on the form.

Creating new Data:
1. Create your database with fields that coresponde to your form.
2. Use an INSERT SQL query to insert the form data to the Database.

Accessing Data:
1. Use a SELECT SQL query to retrieve the required data from the database.
2. Out put onto the required pages.

Well I suggest you get learning PHP then, if you are stuck with specific syntax or want to know the best way to do things - then just ask, but you can't expect folk to write the full program for you.
