hey all i really dont know anything much about this so i was wondering if you could give me some help. I am trying to make a small one paged webpage that has this the table on this page which reloads every 10 min or so.

However if i copy the script by page does not update can anyone help me with this? i think its php but i really know nothing thanks very much

Just put a refresh tag between your <head> tags:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="2;URL=http://url/filename.php">
The number in the content bit is how long, in seconds, it will wait before refreshing your page.
