Netscape 7 Cookie Problem

Cookie is not being set in Netscape 7 browser. It works fine in IE of course.

I've tried following:

setcookie("COOKIENAME","COOKIEVALUE",31536000);
setcookie("COOKIENAME","COOKIEVALUE",31536000,"/");
setcookie("COOKIENAME","COOKIEVALUE",31536000,"/","www.domain.com",0);

I've also tried time value with double and sing quotes. Still no luck.

Any help will be appreciated!
