How to importing XL sheet every week into MySQL DB

Hi there,

Anyone an idea of how to import a XL sheet with various fields into different tables in MySql. I have a sheet which I regularly (once a week) recieve to update my DB. Can you provide me with some tips on this, I'm fairly new to working with Php and Mysql.
