alternative for header

I need to call the same file . Like

header("Location: first.php");

is there is any alternative ways for this?.

Hi Everyone,
If u get problem while using header()

use ob_start(); at the beginning of the php file where u r using the header()

header("Location : fileone.php");

use ob_end_flush(); at the end of the php file where u r using the header()
