Objects and sessions

im having problem getting my object to keep there data!.

im using a single file in which i include all my pages in, i have a
single object that stores users and some other thing as a session var.

this almost work, the vars can survive refresh, but when i click a link the session dies/resert

this page set the var as an example, it can handle refresh but dies on the link(type waht you want in the boxes)

Hello,
Do you have a session start statement at the top of your page? If yes, then are you placing the values into a session var on the receiving page so they're sustained? I'm just guessing. If I'm totally off on these maybe you can provide some code...?

does your script have session_start() in it?
it should appear in your index.php file, usually the first statement of a php script.

all i had to do was include the class BEFORE starting the session.

so its
include("file_with_stupid_class_goes_here.php");
session_start();

NOT
session_start();
include("file_with_stupid_class_does_not_goes_here.php");
